We take over your mortgage
We will come to your home to discuss your mortgage and financial situation in as much detail as you are willing to provide.
If your mortgage has become too much of a financial burden, we can alleviate that by paying off any missed or late payments to get you current. We may even be able to offer you additional cash if you have equity.
We will then have you sign over the deed to your home to us and we can assume your mortgage. (link to this process defined) We will navigate the legal process of this option.
We will continue to pay your mortgage and you are able to move out without worrying about the responsibility of this mortgage any longer.
You become our bank
We will come to your home to determine the financial and tax situation of your home.
If you own your home with no mortgage we can discuss specific terms for you selling your home to us and you being our lender on it.
We will provide you with a significant cash down payment and then agree on terms for us to make payments to you. This will be a predetermined length of time, a monthly dollar amount (including interest), and possibly a balloon payment at then end of an agreed upon time.
You are the seller
We have a state of Wisconsin licensed real estate agent that come to your home, assess and review the property.
They will discuss the condition of your home, what issues may need to be remedied prior to listing the home on market and determine if that is the best option for you.
